Looks like being "Cheap" has cost them big bucks:

Italy's civil aviation authority has imposed a fine of just over $4 million on the Irish low-cost airline, Ryanair, for failing to help passengers stranded during the disruption caused by a volcanic ash cloud last month.

wow..that is definitely good news for passengers...who were punished through their rude treatment on top of already being stranded....serves them right.

If this keeps up i can see them going to the wall.. The loss of passenger share is increasing daily with all the bad publicity.
