But do any of you have a favorite pillow, blankie, or stuffed animal that makes sleeping easier.

I'm used to sleeping with my arms wrapped around a cuddly afghan that a friend of mine crocheted for me when I was having a hard time. It's too large to comfortably bring on most trips, but when I have to sleep in a hotel room without it, I do miss it. Sometimes I bring a small stuffed animal along, just to have something to hold on to while I sleep.

Of course, the only I sleep with is my hubby and I do miss him when he's not here. Nothing wild or crazy. But, my son does have two stuffed animals and a baby afghan that a friend made him that he doesn't like to be without. His 'guys' as he calls them.

Besides my husband I have a pillow that I always take with me when I travel. I have trouble sleeping with a pillow that isn't mine.

I always take my pillow with me everywhere I go. When I stay in a hotel room, I bring my pillow. Anywhere I travel, I have it. I'm not sure why, but it just makes me feel more secure.
