I absolutely love Las Vegas! I've only been there once, but I know I'll be back. There's just so much to do, see, and eat!!! Even if you're not into gambling you can have a great time.

I'm not sure if this is a "thrilling adventure," but the last time I was in Las Vegas I went on a tour called "Haunted Vegas." The tour guide took us around town on a large, air-conditioned bus and pointed out all the spots where ghosts had allegedly been sighted. I'm normally not a big believer in ghosts, but that night I did feel a few shivers run down my spine.

One example...the guide took us by a well-known casino and said that when it was being built, three contstruction workers were killed in an accident. Now, arround midday, when the accident occurred, tourists have reported seeing three men standing in the middle of the casino in full construction gear. They look lost and confused, and are sometimes even seen consulting a blueprint. When anyone approaches them, they vanish into thin air.

I love Las Vegas! It's a great place to relax if you stay at one of the restorts on the strip. I stayed at Excalibur and the Venetian.

I guess when I think of Vegas, all I think of is casinos, but I hear that it really is a beautiful place for sightseeing, as well.

I haven't been to Vegas for years, but I'd be interested in that haunted Vegas tour.

I suppose there may be some tragic stories about the MGM fire, too. We had a cab driver talk about that once when we were there.
