Booking A Flight 3 Years, 2 Months ago Karma: 0
Your site seems to offer good discounted prices on Business Class flights. I have a unique situation that your site will not allow me to perform.

I need a flight as follows:

(Business Class) -Flight from LAX on Jan 15th to Frankfurt, Germany (FRA)

Leaving FRA - (Coach) on Jan. 18th to Washington, DC

Leaving Washington, DC (Coach) on Jan 21st to LAX

Could you please provide me the cost of this trip. I will need to know the difference in price between a straight non-stop flight.

Jan 15th, 2009 From: LAX to FRA (Frankfurt, Germany)
Jan 18th, 2009 From FRA to LAX
(Business Class only)

pauldp40,

It is actually very easy to find a multi-segment flight on our site. Just look for "Advanced Flight Search" on the top of any page on our site, it has a yellow background and is immediately below the "booking tips" graphic.

When you get to the next page, click on "Multiple Cities" at the top of the form. You can add up to 6 segments this way.

As far as a quote, I'm afraid they are not possible with our system as the flight availability and pricing changes constantly so the itinerary you found originally may or may not be available and the price may be totally different if it is available at all.

I hope this helps.

Marc

Sorry for the delay on getting back to you caused by the Thanksgiving holiday.

We can't do quotes by phone or email because our booking engine is dynamicallyupdated constantly, so we can't guarantee any pricing beyond what is currently found through our website BargainTravel.com.

That being said, I can give you some help on planning this type of route through our system.

The first issue you have that you cannot combine coach and business class on a single ticket. So what you have is a one-way business class LAX to Frankfurt and a one-way coach class FRA to LAX with a stopover in Washington DC. The first one(business class) is very simple. The second in (coach class) is a bit more complicated. You would need to find a one-way coach class FRA->LAX that passes through one of the Washington DC airports then estimate that airline stopovers cost between $100 - $250 dollars ON TOP OF the regular price.

Then price out the round-trip business class you also was interested in and this should give you a good comparison price between the two.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

joeriedel ,

About 90% of our tickets are electronic, so all you will need is a printout of the email you will receive upon booking.

If they come up as paper, you will receive the tickets via a service such as Fedex or UPS.
