Just to clarify, I am the official travel agent.

I have never heard of "Body Assistance Transit" and doing a quick search in Google pulls up NOTHING for that exact term.

Your best bet is to ask the Travel Agent the question you asked me. If he or she is providing you assistance and requesting whatever this is, they should be able to explain precisely what it is to you and why he/she is requesting it.

If I was asked to guess, I would guess it has something to do with requesting assistance at an airport, since airlines and transportation authorities love to use acronyms for long word combinations, but that is purely a guess - the final word must come from the travel agent requesting this.
