Wow, what a list of questions!

what documents are needed?
is a visa needed from U.S to Korea?
There is no way for me to know what documents YOU would need to travel. The first document EVERYONE needs is a passport:
http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html

Then you would need to spend some time on the Dept. of State website looking for information on travel to Korea:
http://travel.state.gov/

This information changes regularly and therefore it's best to get your information from the source, the U.S. State Dept.

what is a third party payment?
Payment from someone who is not traveling, such as your parents paying for your travel.

if i buy a ticket from your website how long will it take to come? ( live in Cali, San Deigo)
Almost all of our tickets are electronic, so they would not be paper tickets sent to you. Once the tickets are paid for, they are in the airlines ticketing system.

I am a Minor ( 17 years old)
do accompained minor system thing in any ways affect me?
No, accompanied minors are usually either under 14 or 16, mattering on the rules of each airline.

can i buy the ticket through my visa debit card?
Maybe, maybe not. If your debit card has limits on the maximum amount of expenditure per day, it is unlikely the price of a ticket to Korea would be covered by your debit card.

There is a second issue of you being old enough to enter into a legal contract, which is what an airline ticket actually is. You may want to get a clarification from the airline you plan on traveling with on their policy of allowing ticket purchases by those under the age of 18. It would be really disappointing if you went to all the trouble to plan this trip and expense of buying the ticket to be told at the gate that you were not legally old enough to enter the contract that is on each airline ticket and have your ticket voided.

and it says to confront a credit card document that proves i bought the ticket so it ensures its not a fruad.
what document?
If you are considering a third-party payment on your ticket, which it seems from your question that you might be, you will need to include a "credit card authorization form" that is signed by the person purchasing your tickets for you and includes a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card so that there is proof that the card was in the possession of the person who filled out the form and signed it.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

They CAN differ. I have no way of knowing your citizenship, your age, if you have restrictions on traveling into a particular country and what the current policy for travel into each country on earth. That's why I recommended you contact the U.S. State dept. for clarification.

About the " second issue", do all airlines use this policy?
I am assuming that you are referring to your third issue, which is the first issue that has anything to do with the airlines, which is third party payment. Yes, all airlines have third party payment.

to apply to this policy i need to go on to their website?
Wherever you purchase your ticket, if the name of the passenger is not the same as the credit card holder, you will need to perform the instructions you will receive regarding steps for authorization of third party payment. On our site, their site or anywhere else. The card will not be charged and your ticket issued until it is completed.

umm and also, if im stopping and then connecting the flight on different airlines, i need to do the policy twice..?
If you have looked into a single roundtrip flight and it is on two airlines, you will only need to go through third party authorization once. When two or more airlines appear on a single itinerary that means that they have a "code share" arrangement - the share their flight information so that passengers can build itineraries on both airlines. This is very common. The first airline that you travel on is called the "originating" airline and they will be the one issuing the ticket and using their third party authorization rules to approve the use of the credit card.

Thank you for the clarification.

As I mentioned in the original response, the only way to know if an airline will have any issue with someone under the age of 18 is to ask! If you know which airlines you may be traveling on, don't rely on information on the website, just call their toll-free number and ask if there are any restrictions on you purchasing a ticket for yourself using a debit card. There probably is not, it is not a policy per se, but I brought it up so that you would be aware that you may fall into a unique category of traveler if you purchase a ticket for yourself.
