If you are anywhere near Sonoma County on either the weekend of 3/3 or 3/10 there is a great event here in wine country.

A sort of wanderlust barrel tasting with over 150 wineries participating. Just buy a glass for $10 and drink all the wine and eat all of the food you can handle.

This is a lot of fun, but don't forget to bring along a designated driver as it will make it a lot more fun....

Sorry I missed this. I visited Sonoma for the first time last month and really enjoyed it. Will have to keep this in mind for next year.

It's that time of year again for the Barrel Tasting!

Here is this years info.

We'll be renting a limo again this year to haul all of our visiting friends through the beautiful Alexander, Dry Creek and Russian River Valleys.

This year it's $20 per weekend per person! This gains entrance to over 120 wineries, many of which are never otherwise open to the public.

I urge anyone visiting the Wine Country to check this out.
