Saturday Market, Eugene Oregon 3 Years, 6 Months ago Karma: 0
For a bit of a timetrip to when the world was groovier, there's no better place than the Saturday Market. It has expanded over the years to include a farmer's market where great organic produce, flowers, and beeswax candles can be bought.
The people watching and a wonderful browse are absolutely free. There is music going on their stage all through the day. There is a marvelous food court; the strawberry lemonade, gingerbread with whipped cream, and the Tofu Tia booth are highly recommended.
The things you can buy there would take a whole day to describe on it's own. Would Northwest- Eclectic- New- Age- 60s- Handmade suffice for a small de_script_ion? Check it out next time you are in Eugene.

I love the flavor of these gatherings. They remind me of how humans were probably supposed to live. Low on stress, high one cooperation!

Yes, Sage, it can be a real tonic. The delicious smells of the food booths combine with incense, and essential oil. You can get a Tarot reading, have a massage, eat a wonderfully juicy peach, browse for tye-dye, and more all in one place!(Wish it could be 60's prices, but you can't have everything...
