stav1, You may want try right here. Our consolidators have lots of good pricing on flights to Athens. If you are flexible, the pricing can be very competitive.

Try looking for flights that arrive and depart mid-week for the best pricing.

Also, looking 4-6 weeks in advance will probably find you the best deals.

did go and have a look... interesting that my normal Olympic flight is the one that showed up as the cheapest... When you add in all the extras(!) and factor in the exchange rate, i'm not getting any better than my usual sources right now, although it is a very good deal. I will keep checking back though, as I know deals change all the time.

i have to fit in with holidays of other key personnel as we can't all be away at the same time, but i am flexible a week or so each way.... most european destinations get expensive in the last week in july though because of the school summer holidays.
