Canadians will see more cross-border flights aboard Air Canada

Air Canada will soon be offering more cross-border flights into the United States in response to the U.S. airlines that have actually cut services into Canada. Of course the low fuel prices, new planes, and additional passenger traffic are all factors in this decision made by Air Canada. "The operating environment for us is much better with all these changes," said Ben Smith, Air Canada president of passenger airlines. One of the airlines that has cut its services by 21% into Canada is United. Alaska Airlines has cut its offerings by 15% while American Airlines has made an 8% cut.< /br>

Airbus will continue test flights despite crash

A spokesperson for Airbus has said the company will continue to produce and test the A400M military plane despite the fatal crash on Saturday in Spain. The Airbus plane hit a pylon as it tried to crash land near Seville; four employees were killed, two engineers and two pilots.
