United Airlines will update business class for intercontinental flights

United Continental Holdings Inc announced Thursday that it will be updating its international business class in an attempt to gain high-spending travellers. United is the third airline in the U.S. by traffic. A spokesperson said it will open nine business-only lounges in the U.S., Asia, and Europe so customers can eat a meal before flights, and then a shorter meal service on board. These will be the first private lounges for a U.S. carrier.
Commercial flights to resume out of Fort McMurray airport

Just over a month after a huge wildfire forced the evacuation of over 80,000 people, Fort McMurray will resume commercial air service through its airport. Officials at the airport made a press release Monday, saying air service would resume Friday and that they are going to be having a reopening celebration to welcome back travelers.
U.S, airlines will start scheduled flights to Cuba

Six airlines won the permission on Friday to begin scheduled commercial flights from the U.S. to Cuba for the first time in over 50 years. The airlines are Frontier, American, Southwest, Silver Airways, and Sun Country, and they received approval from the Department of Transportation for a total of 155 round-trip flights each week.
