What do I do if I need to cancel my flights?

If, for any reason, you need to cancel or change the flights that you purchased from us, contact the reservation center at 888-808-4123 as soon as possible. This is very important.

Any restrictions or penalties regarding your cancellation or change will be explained to you at that time.

If for some reason you can't reach the reservation center, the most important thing is:

DO NOT BE A NO-SHOW!
(This means that you did not show up for
the flight and did not cancel it with the airline)

We can't stress this enough.

Contact the airline by phone or go to the airport and speak to a customer service representative and explain your situation prior to the departure date of your flight.

Make sure you get their name, contact information and employee identification, you may need this and it could save you a lot of money. Take notes and try to get something in writing if possible that states that the airline has cancelled your flight. Then contact us so that we can start the procedure to get your refund minus whatever cancellation fee was stated at the time of your purchase. It generally takes 6 to 8 weeks to receive a refund back onto the credit card used at the time of the order from the airlines.

If you miss the flight, and can not prove that you spoke with an employee of the airline to cancel your ticket, you can, and most likely will, be out the ENTIRE AMOUNT OF THE TICKET.

If you cancel with the airline properly, you may only loose the cancellation fee that you agreed to at the time of your original order.
