Emirates to Fly to Melbourne and Tokyo
Thursday, 22 December 2011
Emirates will begin flying to Melbourne and Tokyo in 2012 with the addition of their new Airbus A380 aircraft. Richard Jewsbury, Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations, Far East and Australasia says that the announcement of the new routes shows the commitment Emirates has to the Far East.

Emirates offers the best in-flight experience and the announcement of their new routes comes as they introduce their new flights from Dubai to Dublin, Ireland and Dubai to Buenos Aires via Rio de Janeiro.

July 2008 saw the delivery of Emirates' first A380 and the latest one to join their ranks is the 20th to do so. The aircraft has a three-class configuration, with a First class, Business class, and Economy class. The aircraft is spacious with an upper deck that is completely devoted to the Premium class passengers.
