First, give us a reasonable amount of time to answer your question. Our offices are open Monday through Friday and we try to answer most questions within 1 business day, but occasionally we get behind or are out of the office and on the road, so please be patient.

If you sent a question that was not appropriate for posting to the main Ask the Travel Agent area and the email you posted at the time of your sign up is valid, we will try to respond to you directly via email with either an answer or an explanation.

Occasionally a message can slip through the cracks. If you have not received an email or a posting in a week, please resend your question.

We also reserve the right to not post any message sent to us through the Ask the Travel Agent system and edit the questions that we do post for brevity. We will not respond or post any insulting, profane or inflammatory statements or questions.
