Easy. Login to your membership account and go to your profile page. Underneath your personal information is a series of tabs, including one for "Photo Gallery". Click on "Photo Gallery" This will show you the information for the "Photo Gallery" tab.

Click on the red "Submit New Gallery Entry". You will see a field with title and description information and an image file field that allows you browse for you picture file on your computer. Fill out the title you would like to use, a brief description and then locate the picture file using the "Browse" feature. Then click the "Submit Gallery Entry" button and your image will appear in your Photo Gallery.
