Any member of bargainTravel.com, that's who! It is very easy to do. When you login, the Private Message box appears to the upper right of the main body of the page. You can click on the word "Private Messages" to get to the page that allows you to send, receive and check your private messages.

Click on "Compose" and you will come to the page where you can compose your message. On that form you will see "Show Users" next to the To: box. If you know the user name of the person you wish to send a message to, you can type it in here. If you do not, you can click on "ShowUsers" and it will insert a pull down box of users that you can just select from and their name will be installed in the To: box.
