The Crystal Symphony voyage departing London for New York on September 5, has a health and wellness program that is designed to enrich the lives of its passengers. There are a number of professionals that will be onboard, teaching and imparting their knowledge on the passengers. These include Dr. John McMichan (formerly of the Mayo Clinic), Jerry Kindall (former player and coach for Major League Baseball), Dr. Martin Lee (founder of the Tai Chi Cultural Center), and veteran yoga instructor Pat Laster. Manager of entertainment, Chris Corrigall, says that since so many of the guests are physically active having this program onboard while they have so many additional days onboard will allow those passengers to continue to care for their health and wellbeing. They can also learn new ways of caring for themselves. Guests can also take advantage of the famous Blue Lagoon when visiting Reykjavic, which is reported to be filled with healing minerals. |
