Thanks to SCOTTEVEST Travel Clothing, travel writer and author Rolf Potts is planning a 42-day trip around the world with no baggage. He will simply carry everything he needs in his SCOTTEVEST clothing, which is designed to make traveling without baggage easy for those who wish to avoid carrying it. This clothing comes with multiple pockets designed to carry all the travel essentials.
Potts will leave New York on August 21 and begin his 6 weeks of travel. The entire trip will be documented by a videographer/producer, who will be his only travel companion. Potts is wearing the SeV outfit, which has more than 30 pockets and his progress will be posted on www.NoBaggageChallenge. He will travel to Paris first and from there his itinerary takes him to Cairo, South Africa, Bangkok, New Zealand, Los Angeles, and back to New York. The BootsnAll Travel Network is sponsoring the trip and Potts is promoting the concept of packing an open-mind rather than a suitcase. |
