This year the Frequent Traveler Award for Top Hotel Loyalty Program has been awarded to Marriott Rewards. The Marriott Rewards program has taken first place in 8 categories, including Program of the Year in both the Americas and Europe/Africa. Other categories in which Marriott Rewards took first place include Best Promotion for Redemption, Best Promotion for Earning, Best Elite Level Program, and Best Customer Service.
The awards are the result of surveys conducted of more than a million travelers world wide who cast their ballots online for their favourite programs. There were 7 categories to rate in one of 3 regions around the world. The Marriott Rewards program has no blackout dates membership is free, usable in more than 3400 hotels across 70 countries. The Frequent Traveler Awards rate frequent flyer and frequent guest programs annually for three global areas, including the Americas, Europe/Africa, and the Middle East/Asia and Oceania. |
