Toy Story The Musical Cruise
| Toy Story The Musical Cruise |

If you want to see the latest musical show based on a Disney film, don’t head for Broadway – book a cruise. “Toy Story: The Musical” debuted in April on board the Disney Wonder cruise ship, offering an hour-long look at the world of Woody, Buzz and the other toys from the hit Pixar film. Traditionally most shows start out their test run "Off Broadway" but this is about as off Broadway as you can possibly get!
The show, which features 21 singing and dancing cast members, was created by the same Disney creative staff that dreams up shows for the theme parks. Previous musicals have included the “Finding Nemo” show at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, as well as "Disney's Aladdin: A Musical Spectacular" for Disneyland, "Twice Charmed: An Original Twist on the Cinderella Story" on Disney Cruise Line and "Festival of the Lion King" at Hong Kong Disneyland. The Disney Wonder cruise ship is based in Port Canaveral, Fla. and sails to the Bahamas on three and four-day excursions, with one stop at Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay. You can read more about the Disney Wonder cruise ship and the company’s tour packages at http://disneycruise.disney.go.com .
