No Blisters Sister

blisters Painful or persistent rubbing on your heels or toes are a red flag that you could be getting a blister. When youíre doing a lot of walking while traveling, head off blisters by dabbing a little Vaseline or lip balm on affected areas. Itíll help keep the blister from forming or getting worse, and make your strolls a lot more pleasant. No blisters means you'll get to see more and enjoy more what you are seeing.

Of course, the best way to avoid blisters is to break in your walking shoes or hiking boots for a couple of weeks prior to your trip. Make any new shoe purchases one of your trip pre-planning to dos or bring your most comfortable pair of shoes, no matter how unfashionable they may seem. And remember that two pairs of medium-weight thin socks are better than one pair of heavy ones Ė that way the socks can rub against each other, and not against your heel.
