There are so many things that I like about shopping at local markets - meeting people who know the region, saving money, reducing food miles and supporting the local economy...

I discover the perfect thing!!!! Wendy's has the Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe for only 0.99. Yesterday me and my girlfriend had a nice lunch for only $5.34!!! We were on the road and it was the perfect thing.

In the past, we've used coupons from tourism publications that are in some hotel rooms.

I guess that sort of opportunity would be more common in the traditional tourist areas, though.
