My neighbor is headed out to Atlanta tomorrow and I was wondering what website would tell them the areas that are currently experiencing gas shortages? Is there such a website? Thanks.

Sorry, I don't know of a site that has current shortage conditions in the US.

It was hard to find something solid about the areas of the US and gas shortages. It had very few listings. I did find this one _link_. I hope it helps.

Gas shortage has become such a global phenomenon that even travelling to another destination...you have to think twice before hiring a cab or something as some places the rental services too have hiked their prices because of the gas problems....

I think things are getting better in that respect, to the point that the gas prices have come down. Maybe in some areas will be difficult to find gas or even have to make a long line to fill up, but they still have gas.

I thought that most of the US gas shortages were due to hurricanes in the gulf, but not the sudden increase in price.
