Christmas plans?? 1 Month, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
I am going to Europe for Christmas and New years. I'm leaving rather early and coming back late. So, I got a very cheap ticket. $562 including taxes for a RT New York/Berlin. And from Berlin/Barcelona RT I got one for 87 Euros including taxes... I made really really good deals!
What are your plans for Christmas?

We'll probably just visit with friends and family locally. We've got a lot of "deferred maintenance" to do on our house, so that will probably use up a lot of our time.

I would love to be going back to Prague for Christmas. I worked there for two years, and I remember the Christmas market of home-made crafts and the roast chestnuts. I think I'll be crying into my eggnog if I think about it too much. Budget restrictions won't allow it right now...

I wasn't even thinking of the Christmas markets! I know what to do when I arrive in Berlin!! I'm so used to just be with the family and enjoy the time with them, that I forgot all the other things that the city has to offer.

We will be staying at home and enjoying our usually homemade soups and freshly baked breads.
