I've had some very "juicy" cupons to use with some rental companies from my mileage programs... but they are all NOT AVAILABLE in Manhattan or related in NYC... WHY is that?? I mean, I happen to go to NYC and I will need to rent the car there... anyone knows the reason people going to NYC are not able to use the discounts???

I haven't contacted anyone, but I think it is because the insurance coverage in Manhattan are higher, so they can't offer those deals renting in Manhattan.... still it sucks! But I can't do anything about it.
