Many widely held myths about travel are untrue, or more likely, only partially true. Some of these beliefs date back decades and have become part of basic travel lore. But due to technological advances and the general competitive nature of the travel industry, many of these misconceptions of travel are outdated.Recently Travel and Leisure magazine published a list of what they consider recent top travel myths.
