Qantas Assures Easy Free Flights

Qantas has announced that passengers who were affected by the grounded flights the airline experienced during the strikes will be able to easily get a free flight with the airline. More than 70,000 passengers were affected when the airline grounded flights and these free tickets are above and beyond any other payments or other compensation passengers will receive and will apply to round trip economy flights.

The airline pilots are saying that the free flights won't be good enough and that passengers will need more than that to sooth their ruffled feathers. They say that the free tickets is a waste of money and cited the eMc Essential Report survey of 1906 people that showed that 59% of people felt that the damage to Qantas' reputation was due to the action of management more than that of the unions involved in the strike.
