berlinlife06 I keep my phone on incase of emergency. But if a number I don't know shows up, I just don't answer the call. I rather wait and will call when I get back home.
atula I suppose it is really best to keep the phone switched off if you are out on a vacation or something becasue then even official calls are not really wanted....
Lyndsey That's how I understood my package as well. I do, however, keep the phone turned off often to save the battery. The phone is more of a portable answering machine for me.
atula It becomes pretty irritating when your cell is on roaming and you get a call from a bank or some sales call etc. which you are not interested in and you have to pay for the incoming roaming charges.....
debrajean It's odd but I'm one of those people who rarely uses her cell phone. I often forget to even turn it on. I went almost 44 years without a cell and it seems the habit is hard to break.
SageMother I imagine we might see these charges slowly disappear as providers look for more ways to compete!
