Royal Caribbean Upgrades Their Loyalty Program
Friday, 21 January 2011
Royal Caribbean International has recently made improvements to its Crown & Anchor Society guest loyalty program. The improvements include a shift to Cruise Points from the previous cruise credits, two new membership tiers, and an updated and more personalized member section on the cruise line's website.

This new and improved program will take effect as of January 12, 2011 and represent the second stage of development in enhancing the program for the benefit of members. With the shift to Cruise Points, members earn one point for every night they stay onboard and double points when the pay for a suite. The two new tiers include the Emerald Tier, which will be between the Platinum and Diamond Tiers, and the Pinnacle Club, which will be the top tier.

The new website for members will allow them to gain access to personalized information as soon as they log into their account. They will be able to customize their settings and those members who are Emerald level and above and have a booking made can select new program benefits right on the website. Visit the Royal Caribbean website for more details.
