The festival will be comprised of classes, seminars, tastings, demonstrations, and parties hosted by the very top professionals in the region. Names such as Melissa Perello/Frances, Charles Phan/Slanted Door, Delfina, and Craig Stoll will be present. There will be four signature tents at which the various activities and functions will be held, one of these being the Grand Tasting Tent, where samplings of fine wines and great food will take place. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Golden Gate Restaurant Association's Scholarship Fund, which is available for people who want to become educated in the food and hospitality industries.
