Many pet owners want to take their pet with them when they go on vacation and a trip to Disney is no exception. For this reason, the Walt Disney World Resort now offers the new Best Friends Pet Care Resort for those who wish to bring their furry friend on vacation with them. The facility also includes a grooming salon, camp rooms for dogs, and even a special bording facility for pets such as guinea pigs and hamsters. The resort is made of more than 50,000 square feet of space that combines an air conditioned indoor space of 17,000 square feet and 10,000 square feet out outdoor space. The outdoor space will have a special dog park and various outdoor runs and play areas and the facility can accommodate as many as 30 cats and 270 dogs, but the cats have not gone to the dogs. Instead, they will have their own Kitty City pavilion, which is kept separate from the dogs. |
